An ethereal beverage the color of the stone.

-1 1/2 oz. Flor de Cana White Rum
-1/2 oz lemon juice
-1/2 oz rose syrup
-3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters

Served in champagne flute & topped with bubbly.

This fizzy lifting treat is florally flavored by a syrup we make from petals gathered in the City of Roses.
