tenderBAR caters cocktails in any space, for any event. We have a passion for delivering delicious drinks and thoughtful service.

We welcome you to work with our enthusiastic and experienced bartenders to create a menu that heightens the enjoyment of your guests. We are inspired by the best ingredients the seasons have to offer, creating many of our own cocktail ingredients, such as ginger beer made from fresh ginger, herbal infusions, and freshly squeezed juices. From time-tested classics to modern marvels, we thoroughly love serving tasty drinks.

About Lydia.

Bartendress Lydia Reissmueller has been in the food & beverage industry for over 15 years.

Her experience ranges from menu development at Please Don’t Tell in New York, to running Four Season Farm in Cape Rosier, Maine. She loves to set up bar just about anywhere. Her focus is using high-quality ingredients, specifically seasonal and local produce, that respect the finely-crafted spirits they are paired with. She placed 3rd at the Clement Rhum Challenge 2008, has many published recipes, and self-published “The Living Room Bar” a simple how-to guide on making drinks at home. Most recently establishing Central, a cocktail bar in downtown Portland, she continues to be a cocktail consultant with various Portland restaurants.
