The Deal.
How does this work, you ask?
You send us your party details and cocktail choices, and we tell you how much booze to purchase, then we turn it into delicious bottled cocktails in a kit with serving accessories, and deliver it to your door COD. We will change our menu seasonally, and can make drinks not on our menu with a little extra lead time.
Preparation
Preparation is a cinch. Just let us know how many people you are expecting, what kind of selection or theme you are considering, perhaps give us a peek at the event space, and we will bring everything necessary for delicious drinks. We happily bring everything to make and serve drinks from ingredients and glassware to the physical bar. We pack it in & pack it out.
Service
Service is key. We understand that people make the party, and mixing groups gracefully is part of what good bartenders do well. Mindfulness is important to us, and whether it’s a mixed-faith wedding, or a let-loose company party, we know how to staff events with the right personalities and skill sets. In addition to numerous years of service under our collective belt, we staff Portland’s most hospitably bright bartenders, attentive servers and efficient bar backs. We will consult with you to put together a service package that works for your concept, no matter how big or small.
Teamwork
Teamwork is essential. We are true team players and love to work with all kinds of individuals, families and companies to create a scintillating experience. We certainly hold a special place in our hearts for the synergy of food and drink, but our scope reaches far beyond. Whether you’re putting together snack plates yourself, or you’d like us to give our opinions on the tastiest caterers, coolest DJ’s, or sweetest florists, we have an arsenal of ideas. Seamlessly co-ordinating with other elements of your party, like DJ’s and caterers, is part of what we do.
The Little Things
The Little Things are important to us. From music and flowers, to themed cocktail garnishes, we love to do it all. We create framed menus of your drink selection as part of a tasteful spread of cocktail accoutrements, and often accent the bar with candles and other sweet details. We love to customize our set-up based on your theme and guests, and a little planning goes a long way, so just say the word.
Pricing
Pricing is approachable. We can work within most budgets, and we’re very comfortable with figuring out the best set-up for your party would cost you. Order Cocktails
The more information we receive from you, the more detailed the quote can be. We only give quotes over the phone or in person, but we are always happy to give ball park numbers over email.
